Thanks so much, Steve! And thanks everyone. I feel great. Joined a gym, hired a trainer, work out every day --- and twice a week with my trainer. My pool game is all the better for it. I used to get tired. Now I can play (and stay focused) for hours and hours. I'm convinced that everyone should hire a personal fitness trainer. There is no way that we would inflict such pain and suffering on ourselves the way a trainer does. Where we would say "ok enough," the trainer would say, "Give me 10 more." I know --- sounds crazy but it's SO worth it.
