North Carolina SB 31 bill seeks to turn healers into felons; but the health freedom backlash has already begun.
(NaturalNews) As virtually the entire North Carolina legislature now knows, NaturalNews readers have been loudly condemning the lawmakers there over the recent "stealth bill" SB 31 which introduced new language that would transform homeopaths, naturopaths, herbalists and midwives into criminal felons. (http://www.naturalnews.com/031953_m...)

It all hinges, you see, on the definition of "practicing medicine" without a license. SB 31 reads:

Any person who practices medicine or surgery without being duly licensed and registered... shall be guilty of a Class I felony. (http://www.ncleg.net/Sessions/2011/...)

I think back to my days in SF, when people who couldn't get help from the normal Medical field flocked to China Town and the Chinese "pharmacists" and apothecaries, for help with their ailments. I watched a friend drink a bottle of ugly looking green liquid to combat the flu which he couldn't shake. In 24 hrs, he was back on his feet. From that experience...I did the same thing for my bout with flu, and had the same good results.
I once drove a busload of UC Med students down to the "gold country". The Chinese had been brought over to work the mines, and brought their Pharmacists with them. They had left their prescriptions intact in the remains of their old treatment centers. Many of these natural formulas were tweaked, and new medicines developed from them.

Utter stupidity.

Your best healing benefits come from nature. Food is the cure. Chemicals are not.

Of course the FDA is trying to get rid of Vitamins so what can you expect.

However one must be careful of charlatans.

Most ovem are crooks.
Fewer doctors are crooks even.
But there would be a few good ideas out there -- apart from the krudd.
