Info on golf in Chesapeake, VA area needed

My wife and I are planning on playing golf Thursday or/and Friday (9/26, 27). Any information on area public golf courses will be appreciated.

Tom, Deer Run in Newport News 30 minutes from Chesapeake and Sleepy Hole in Portsmouth, two very good public courses in the area.

My recommendation would be for the course, Hells Point. I recall it being a fascinating track. And the weather should be perfect for the course! Have a great round.
