<span style='font-size: 17pt'> McCain's statements, match the sworn testimony, of both, CIA Agents, and FBI Agents.

Yet, Bush, Cheney, Cheney's repulsive daughter, Liz, Rumsfeld, and Rice, all the same liars as always, have lied, for years, blatant lies, proven lies, yet Fux Noise, is going to continue to present those lies, over and over again, and the sheep will say, Bah Bah Bah.......

Just as incredible, as the continuing lies, that led us to war in Iraq, by not one, not two, not three, but at least four Bush Administration former oil executives, Bush himself, Cheney, Rice and Rumsfeld, as Greenspan, himself stated, "The Iraq War was about oil" </span>

So John proved he's an idiot?

Torture is useless at gaining information. Anyone can be made to confess to anything.

Furthermore, there is zero credible evidence to support the idea that we actually tortured anyone ... without resorting to a "NEWSPEAK" definition.

What the GITMO tactics were used to gain was cooperation. The key is asking for info that you already have ... but the perp doesn't know you already have.

Once truthful answers begin coming from the perp(s) further data can be obtained by restoring privileges ... and the understanding that being caught in a single lie will earn a return to prior treatment levels.

So, although true that KSM didn't blurt out the data under these tactics ... his will to resist was clearly broken from the tactics, and from that everything else flowed.

No amount of word parsing can hide that.

Besides, torturing Islamics is a good for it's own sake regardless of whether any information is obtained.

I disagree with that, but the fact remains that there is no credible evodence that anyone was ever actually tortured at GITMO.

Truly, a repulsive remark, isn't it? Talk about religious persecution and blatant racism.

Yet the same types, voted for War Criminals, knowingly, in 2004.

The Bush Administration BROKE the Geneva Convention's International TREATY. Just one of their crimes against our country. there is a whole book of them.

Not only in the massive Shock And Awe, Mass murder, killing over one hundred thousand innocent Iraqi's in the process, committed against a country that was no threat to us, and had performed no acts of violence, or of war, against us, on our shores, but also by the use of TORTURE on prisoners.

There is absolutely no doubt, that Bush/Cheney/Rice and Rumsfeld, ALL committed WAR CRIMES.

Anyone who denies it, is either made of the "Birther Type" RW Radical LIAR and Denier cloth, or just volitionally ill informed, about the crimes, proven crimes, of the Bush Administration.

I blame Democratics, for failing to impeach Bush, and all of the other war criminals, in the Bush Administration, who should have been prosecuted, here in our own courts, once the Dems gained the majority.

People who deny that the crimes were committed, aren't worth anyone's time. Sheep. BAH BAH BAH....

Since there exists a total disconnect both socialy and morally in the attitudes of Americans maybe a seperate country should be set up for the good of both. Is "The people's Republic of the South" in the cards? It worked out pretty good for the French in Quebec up here. It's not a seperate Country per say, but at least they had a place to call home with like minded neighbors and thier own government. St.

It's a war crime to put a caterpillar in a terrorist's cell ... or to put women's panties on terrorist's head ... or to pour water on their face.

It's OK, however, to shoot an unarmed man in the eye after invading a sovereign nation that the POTUS says is our ally.

A very interesting video that documents the tolerant attitude by which the majority of Israelis... (who actually could be suspected of having some reason for blind intolerance)...relate to their Muslim neighbors. Sad that in comparison, there is far greater bigotry and intolerance here in North America.

Guess that's why some make the claim of wanting their country back... which is essentially code for a return to the good old days of slavery and the only place for a women is in the kitchen.

What a crock! Are you even capable of independent thought, or do you just spread around the phrases and talking points you pick up here and there?

But, giving credit where it is due, you seem to be a good little soldier. Looks like Gee has trained you well.

Certainly Punky isn't.

Like Charlotte, in total denial that slavery was the primary issue for the democrook party ... while keeping the poor being poor, and thereby "IN THEIR PLACE", is still the party's primary aim.

IOW ... if it isn't presented on a spoon wielded by the party, they dare not taste the sweetness of truth.

LWW

Watch the video, seriously. At 1:20 they clearly disclose that the "RACISM" is an actor playing a racist to an actor playing an Arab for the camera.

It's spoon fed "EVIDENCE" for the dhimmis on the left who, even if the video were real, make an argument for moral equivalence between refusing to sell an Arab a cup of coffee and an Arab strapping a bomb to their arse and killing everyone in the coffee shop.

It was leftists committing, and turning a blind eye, to the first holocaust ... and leftists repeating history today.

Punky should be ashamed, if they were capable of shame, to post such gonzo journalism.

So true. Rick Santora stated on a radio program, that when McCain stated on the Senate Floor, that no intelligence, that led to this successful mission, was harvested through the use of torture, and today, Rick Santorum, said, McCain, didn't understand the use of torture..... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif

The right, is beyond belief.

The earth, is only six thousand years old, according to them. Man, walked with the dinos????

They deny the Theory of Evolution?

The degree of denial by the right, throughout the Bush Administration, was truly laughable.

Your summation, on their oft used racist code words and statements, is right on the money!

One of them actually stated that the civil war, wasn't about slavery, LMAO! Oh no, it was all about State's Rights, BWA HA HA HA....

Righties! You just have to laugh at them. That's about all one can do.

Now, according to ABC News, Mukasey has responded by reiterating that KSM disclosed the courierís nickname, but he seems to have qualified his account by allowing that this wasnít the first time a detainee had mentioned the name. Mukasey added that the name only became significant ďwhen it came out of [KSMís] mouth.Ē

But this doesnít respond to what Panetta said, which is that we initially learned of the courierís name from someone not in CIA custody ó and that no one in CIA custody ever copped to the courierís true full name or whereabouts. Mukasey is only claiming that a CIA detainee had previously mentioned the courierís name and that KSM later attested to its significance.

Whatís more, as Ben Armbruster notes, this latest pushback doesnít strengthen the pro-torture case when you stack it up against the New York Timesís careful and extensive investigation into what happened. The Times concluded that KSM was only first asked about the courier months after he had been waterboarded, and that if anything, he had misled investigators about the courierís identity. So itís hard to see how what KSM said vindicates torture.

As Post fact checker Glenn Kessler noted yesterday, Mukasey had already been resorting to ďverbal sleight of handĒ to draw a tenuous connection between toture and Bin Ladenís death. Mukaseyís response to Panetta will do little to alter that judgment.
