Well. It looks like a few people are getting their hope and our change.
Washington elitism at its best.

Some folks spent the long Fourth of July weekend adding up salaries of White House employees.

Andrew Malcolm of the Los Angeles Times said the salary records released by the White House on Friday afternoon total 454 people making a total of $37,121,463 for the current year. A person-by-person list can be found here http://content.usatoday.com/communit...ses-salaries/1 and here. http://spreadsheets.latimes.com/white-house-salaries/

Malcolm's analysis:

In his numerous fund-raising and policy speeches around the country these days, President Obama often bemoans the difficult economic times and uncertainties afflicting millions of Americans, including the nearly 14 million still seeking work unsuccessfully.

The Democrat argues that his administration needs more time to straighten out the economic mess left by somebody else, who's been gone almost 900 days now.

But good news this morning: The challenging Obama era and 9.1% national unemployment rate do not include the 454 people now helping President Obama do presidential things.

This crowd is being paid a total of $37,121,463 this year. That's up seven staff members and nearly $4 million from 2008, the last year of George W. Bush's presidency.

Fully 141 Obama aides -- or nearly one-in-three -- earn more than $100,000 a year. That's also up from the 130 with that scale salary in Bush's last year.

Twenty-one Obama aides earn the top-dollar $172,200 ...

The report comes as Republicans and Democrats, led from behind by Obama, appear stalemated in closed-door negotiations over a package deal to raise the national debt limit by Aug. 2 and begin spending cuts to tame the $14.2-trillion national debt, up 35% since Obama's inauguration. Obama maintains a deal must include new revenues to cover the rising costs of government.</span>

What's worse is that this staff could easily be cut in half ... probably more like quartered ...

Obama is, in reality, merely the house slave and Uncle Tom for old money.

The far left is slowly awakening to this ... and they will vote for him again anyway.

His agenda has decapitated the state's ability to pay for the welfare state and decimated the power of the national economy to grow jobs ... which ultimately is the only way to lift the poor from poverty.

None of this matters to them as in their ideology the purpose of the state is to punish those who have worked hard and succeeded.

The old money wealth finances this agenda as it freezes out "NEW MONEY" wealth from every being born. For one entity to be deemed "TOO LARGE TO FAIL" requires that several smaller ... and competing ... entities to be deemed unworthy of success.

The left has, again, been pimped into supporting the creation of a fascist economy wherein profits are kept private while risk is socialized.

No, that's the alleged laissez-faire free trade BS that's been ascendant now for 30 years. Very much a johnny-come-lately to that party, is Obama.

And this result is apparently the startling denouement of the 'starve the beast' strategy we find the right occasionally admitting is THEIR agenda.
