What gets me is that they portray themselves as defenders of the constitution, while simultaneously trying to deny rights to others, dictate, and force their wishes upon everyone else.

That's why I call them PIGS. That's what they are, PIGS!

They make the communists look tame.

The Constitution famously provides the balance of power, not an absolute power.

I've said it before-- even the actual VETO POWER provided the president has a balancing power-- the Congress can over-ride the veto if support is there for the over-ride in the two houses of Congress.

What balancing power is there for an arrogant rump caucus holding 1/2 of one co-equal branch of the government hostage to their dictatorial demands?

They call themselves Constitutional conservatives? It is to laugh, except that it is more fitting to cry. They had to destroy the Constitution to save it, apparently.

Won't bother them at all, since in their alternate universe, destroying the Constitution has been and on-going effort for over three decades, it's really nothing new, just taken to extremes by these newest Pigs in the pen.

This time, they are doing damage that could have long lasting devastation, even worse than their usual devastating legacies, because this time, their reach could set off a global depression the likes of which could be worse than simply devastating, but could also remove American power in ways that would be lasting, and possibly irreversible.

Here, in our country they fit the description of domestic terrorists precisely.

Abroad, in foreign countries, they are foreign terrorists.

Blowing up the global economy, out of piggish ignorance, or for political points, while masquerading as principled deficit reductionists, is the ultimate act of irresponsibility and deceit.
