JANUARY 1996, THE POLICIES OF THE REPUBLICAN CONGRESS BEGIN.

UNEMPLOYMENT RATE ... 5.6%.

THEY HOLD CONTROL OF BUDGET THROUGH JANUARY, 2007.

UNEMPLOYMENT RATE NEVER EXCEEDS 6.3% ... BOTTOMS OUT AT 4.4%.

THEIR FIRST BUDGET TOOK EFFECT SEPTEMBER 30 1996 ... THEIR LAST LAST BUDGET ENDE SEPTEMBER 29, 2007.

THEY INHERITED A NATIONAL DEBT OF $5,224,810,939,135.73 AND PASSED ON A DEBT OF $9,007,653,372,262.48. THAT REPRESENTS A NET INCREASE OF $3,782,842,433,126.75 ... AN AVERAGE OF $343,894,766,647.89 PER YEAR.

<span style='font-size: 26pt'>AND THEN</span> ...

JANUARY 2007, THE POLICIES OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY CONTROLLED CONGRESS BEGIN.

UNEMPLOYMENT RATE ... 4.6%.

UNEMPLOYMENT RATE ONE YEAR LATER IS 5.0% ... TWO YEARS LATER THE RATE IS 7.8% ... THREE YEARS LATER THE RATE IS 9.7% ... 4 YEARS LATER THE RATE IS 9.8%.

THE ONLY TIME UNDER THE OBAMA REGIME THAT THE UE RATE WAS UNDER 8% WAS THE DAY HE TOOK OFFICE. IT HAS BEEN AS HIGH AS 10.1%.

THEY INHERITED A NATIONAL DEBT OF $9,007,653,372,262.48 AND BY THE END OF THEIR FOURTH YEAR THE NATIONAL DEBT WILL BE AT OR ABOUT $14,900,000,000,000.00.

THAT WILL REPRESENT AN INCREASE OF OF $$5,892,346,627,737.52 ... REPRESENTS A NET INCREASE OF $3,782,842,433,126.75 ... AN AVERAGE OF $1,473,086,656,934.38 PER YEAR. THAT REPRESENTS A MORE THAN QUADRUPLING OF THE AVERAGE YEARLY DEBT INCREASE.

THE CURRENT WAVE OF STUPIDONOMIC POLICY HAS MORE THAN DOUBLED THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE AND PRODUCED, BY FAR, THE FOUR LARGEST YEARLY INCREASES IN NATIONAL DEBT OF ANY NATION IN THE RECORDED HISTORY OF HUMAN CIVILIAZATION.

OH DEAR! (http://www.miseryindex.us/urbymonth.asp?StartYear=1996-01&EndYear=2011-07&submit1=Create+Report)
OH MY! (http://www.treasurydirect.gov/govt/reports/pd/histdebt/histdebt_histo4.htm)
SHAZAM! (http://www.treasurydirect.gov/govt/reports/pd/histdebt/histdebt_histo5.htm)

THAT IS THE LEGACY OF THE CURRENT REGIME!

http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-OEtGqBWNoQo/Te5LLWjahDI/AAAAAAAAWYE/SXSuadMFstw/s1600/Obama%2527s-war-on-prosperity.jpg

THIS IS WHERE THE CABAL SLAVISHLY DEFENDS THE REGIME AND IT'S IMPLEMENTATION OF A FASCIST ECONOMIC SYSTEM WHILE INSISTING THAT THEY NEVER SLAVISHLY DEFEND THE REGIME AND IT'S IMPLEMENTATION OF A FASCIST ECONOMIC SYSTEM.

AND THEN ...

JANUARY 2007, THE POLICIES OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY CONTROLLED CONGRESS BEGIN.

We've been through this crap before. The problem you have is at least two-fold. First, explaining WHAT EXACTLY were these supposedly different policies of the Democratic Party that changed everything, and how they bullied the GOP President and the always-over 41 GOP Senate members to refuse to use their dilatory measures and filibuster powers and secret individual Senatorial 'holds' and presidential vetoes against legislation they opposed. If they did not do so, it appears that these were GOP-approved changes, and really, most likely, there WERE NO CHANGES WHATSOEVER with regard to budgetary and programmatic policies.

You have NEVER TRIED to even explain what they did that was different, and complained and complained that you were being wrongly forced to explain this.

Which you obviously cannot.

Then, secondly, for an additional unforced error, you incompetently and falsely continue to claim the policies of a newly installed Congress have anything to do with the budget that year. You've been told repeatedly and there is no doubt that the fiscal year was already put in place FOR that year the PRIOR year, through to Sept. 30 of the year you claim their policies took hold. That is, for an entire 9-months of that newly installed Congress' first year, they do not affect the budget whatsoever.

I know you find this a compelling and pleasing story, but it rests on a foundation of sand and misrepresentations and profound misunderstanding.

What ACTUALLY changed from '06 to '07? Perhaps the results of previously passed GOP/Bush policies?

For example, the number of Medicare D beneficiaries went up by 10 million persons.

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">As of April 2006, the primary private insurance plans providing Medicare Part D coverage were UnitedHealth with 3.8 million subscribers, or 27 percent of the total, [...other companies shares mentioned]. [3.8 million/.27 = 14.07 million total recipients]

As of January 30, 2007, nearly 24 million individuals were receiving prescription drug coverage through Medicare Part D (PDPs and MA-PDs combined), according to CMS.[15] There are other methods of receiving drug coverage when enrolled in Medicare, including the Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS), Federal retiree programs such as TRICARE and Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) or alternative sources, such as the Department of Veterans Affairs. Including people in these categories, more than 39 million Americans are covered for prescriptions.</div></div> [24 million - 14.x million = approx. 10 million more recipients of the Bush/GOP Medicare D policy.

He can't. None of the rabid RW here can.

The GOP have been in control now for 18 months and we have zero job growth. Still they blame Obama.
If things had gone better, they would be singing the praises of the GOP.

Nope.

Both of your statements are lies, and you knew they were lies when you posted them.

The best defense you could make is that you refuse to acknowledge any data not spoon fed to you by the current regime.

Since you insist upon public intellectual self flagellation ... let's start with increasing federal spending, even after adjusting for inflation, by 29% in 2 years.

Now ... dance for us.

It's not my opinion ... it's the opinion of the Obama regime.

I accessed the DATA (http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/budget/Historicals/) from a link provided by a fellow cabal member of yours.
