<u><span style='font-size: 14pt'>THE FACTS:</span></u>[/size] Obama's proposed cut in the Social Security payroll tax does seem likely to garner significant GOP support. But Obama proposes paying for the plan in part with tax increases that have already generated stiff Republican opposition.

For instance, Obama makes a pitch anew to end Bush-era tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans, which he has defined as couples earning over $250,000 a year or individuals over $200,000 a year. Republicans have adamantly blocked what they view as new taxes. As recently as last month, House Republicans refused to go along with any deal to raise the government's borrowing authority that included new revenues, or taxes. </div></div>

You just don't get it do you.

The Obamatrons are now loving tax cuts for the rich ... it was Bush who wouldn't enact tax cuts for the rich that sank the economy.

Two morons nodding in agreement. Its sad.

Obama <span style='font-size: 14pt'>campaigned</span> on no more tax cuts for the elite.
When the BUSH TAX CUTS were set to expire, like they were supposed to and were agreed upon <u>by both parties</u>, they GOP went back on the deal.

'You can't raise taxes during a recession.' they cried.

Obama offered a compromise, keep the breaks for the middle class but the elite have to pay their fair share.

So what happened/ cast your mind back or look it up. The GOP said,

"If there are no tax cuts for the elite, <span style='font-size: 14pt'>we will let the bill expire and <u>RAISE TAXES ON EVERYONE.</u></span>"

Basically they said you can't raise taxes, it would be a disaster but we will do it if we don't get our way. Just the the TP/GOP RW on the debt ceiling issue/ formality as it used to be know.

Obama caved.

He is POTUS. He signs all bills. It doesn't mean to say he owns them.

</div></div>Look, we don't need you pointing out his lies. We already know them. He said no tax cuts for the rich but then he turned his back and is now about to give them even more tax cuts. You really are a schmuck.
