Pretty cool. I remember back in the 80s when the phone of the future would have video. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif That still has not caught on. It is cool to look back at what was "thought" to be technology of the future and see where we currently are.

Let's not forget that Apple was first to market, at least in the US, a consumer digital camera ... in 1994
I don't ever even remember hearing about this. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

The QuickTake 100?
It was a massive 0.3 megapixel (640 X 480) and cost a mere $995.00.

I don't remember either of these two devices, and I was a Mac-head.
However, outrageous pricing? Check! So perhaps. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif
I don't think the phone ever made it to market.

That seems right. I found a listing of Apple hardware prior to '98, and once I found the Paladin wasn't this thing (and instead a 4- or 5-in one fax, scanner, phone, printer), there is no likely product that matches this picture and description of the phone.

The Paladin would have owned the market at a reasonable price.
Let's not forget they had a working netbook sized machine long ago also:

And a suit coat pocketable version of the IIc:

And a "BIKETOP" Mac ... that is amazing nobody couldn't see the problems this would create:
