As a UF alumni I cannot actually ever root for Peyton Manning. It is just an oath I have to take as a Gator fan. Having said that, I would be absolutely giddy if the Dolphins could work out a miracle and get a healthy Peyton from Indy. Let them go after Luck, I would take a healthy Manning anyday.
I think he still has more in his tank than Favre did when he left Green Bay. With a new coaching staff and Manning it will be tough in the first season but it would still be more promising then what the Dolphins currently are going to be starting with. I guess this really is a long shot but it is enough to keep me interested in Dolphins news during a long offseason.
