Billiard Table Ratings

I am looking to buy a billiard table for home and looking for resources on what is a good table (quality, craftmanship, etc.)

Here's a book that may help, but I don't know how good it is. Unfortunately, there are no comments one way or the other at Amazon.com, but I remember it was reviewed in a past issue of Billiards Digest, getting a thumbs up.
