eg, should the bus driver pay a greater % of his income in taxes than the millionaire?

A simple Yes or No please.

What loopholes will be closed?

What's that?

You don't know because you would never question the spoon?

But ... I already knew that.

I am in favor of a flat tax, about 7%, where everyone pays the same percentage with no deductions. Eliminating FICA taxes and corporate taxes and treating all income the same would be the ultimate in fairness. There would still be a small hurdle of getting around the 'tax free' bonds and that might have to left as is.

They were put in to reduce the effective tax rate which they are doing. That means they are 100% productive.

Well at least this person is guessing honestly. 10% puts them below the rate Romney paid. This author is much more honest than Buffett or even any of the other people qtip quotes around here.

Now as far as saying these loopholes would make it possible for millionaires to pay nothing that is impossible if we are going to compare apples to apples. Meaning compare a wage to a wage.
