Posted this on the other pool forum I frequent. Figured I would post it here as well since I mainly hang out with you guys here each year. I imagine most of you already know this, but just in case you dont:
The USOpen 9ball championship is not being held at the Chesapeake Conference Center this year. It has been moved to Holiday Inn Norfolk Hotel and Conference Center.

The Hotel is built on to the venue and is right around the corner from QMasters (same exit, 2 minute drive). The group rate for the hotel makes the room only 79.00 a night. The group code is "USO"
The event runs from 10/21 - 10/27. Dad and I are gonig to be there from 10/25 and heading home 10/28.
This seems like a change for the better. Closer to qmasters, the better IMO.
