Carville exposed Hannity viewers to the quantified claim that 85% of the deficit attaches to Bush's policies in place, and 15% to Obama's policies in the meantime. And that specifically, the largest piece is the Bush tax rate cuts.
Hannity pushes back half-heartedly, compared to how he'd treat most people making the claim, and Carville pushes right back with the truth and who says it's true: the CBO, private sector economists, etc.
But WAIT! How could it be Bush's fault, if he's out of office? (Asks a simpleton, AKA Sean Hannity.)
His programs lasted beyond his terms of office. The war expenses, and the cost of care for about 100 thousand casualties, continue. His unpaid for Medicare D prescription benefit continues. His tax cut continues. The hugely increased military spending continues. And on and on.
