Any posters out there that are attending/have attended the matches at Amsterdam??

Anything interesting going on?

Well i guess the main news is that the NY girls did poorly, everyone i think losing their first match. Pressure or coincidence? Take your pick.

Sharon and Romana are still in. All others are out including Fran. Sometime NEWT invaders Sarah R and Angel are out also. Sarah Ellerby playing very well. Line Kjorsvek was playing perfect til she met Vivien. She may surprise on the losers side

Thats all i have.

Based on the posts on the "Bustin' Your Cue In Anger" thread, you might be right - maybe there's not a high call for cue repair at women's events - it might be a testosterone thing...

The three WPBA events I worked at Amsterdam were great. There are a lot of people in NYC craving good cue repair, and I love New Yorkers. I also worked one at Jillians in Seattle that was good too. Are there any vendors at all?

Thee was a hot dog/pretzel lady-No pool related vendors at all. Amsterdam displayed some of their own shirts prominently-Thats all. It's pretty tight quarters in there. Maybe thats why no vendors.
