Is Ryan qualified to be POTUS if Mitt drops dead?

I think we all know the answer.

Neither on has any foreign policy experience.

One would be as bad as the other....apparently the rest of the world knows what a disaster Mitt would be not only for foreign policy, but for global economics as well.

LONDON -- Twice as many business executives around the world say the global economy will prosper better if incumbent President Barack Obama wins the next election than if his Republican challenger Mitt Romney does, a poll showed on Friday.
Democrat Obama was chosen by 42.7 percent in the 1,700 respondent poll, compared with 20.5 percent for Romney. The rest said "neither".

The result was different among respondents in the United States, where a slim majority thought Romney would be better for their businesses than Obama.

Obama maintains a seven-point lead over Romney among registered voters in the race for the November 6 presidential election, despite the fact Americans are increasingly pessimistic about the future, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll conducted last week.

The FT poll was conducted before Romney picked Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan as his vice presidential running mate at the weekend, a move that could dramatically shift the election debate between two sharply contrasting views of government spending and debt.

Romney's choice for running mate gave him no immediate boost to his White House prospects, a Reuters/Ipsos poll suggested on Monday.

Isn't it funny that Obamatrons are now worried about qualifications.

Just as Mitt name drops that he knows NASCAR team owners, and NFL owners, he probably is on a first name basis with some people who own countries as well.

If we just deal with those countries, we'd probably be all right.

Isn't it funny that those criticizing Obama then, are not worried about that now?

(One day you'll get the hang of irony.)

Well, to be fair, McCain sorta dropped the whole 'unqualified' part of his campaign after he picked an extremely unqualified mess of a running mate, so he did have that self awareness or listened to his staff who had it.

And the fact is, Biden had the foreign policy knowledge and experience necessary for the job, if not the executive experience.

As of NOW, there is no comparison to the actual experience of the White House to qualify one as president and to qualify a vp to take over in an exceptional situation as Obama/Biden have.

So sure, now that the GOP ticket is at a 'severe' disadvantage on that measure, naturally, it is no longer important.

It's the same way Geithner was a tax cheat back when (they say), but now the blessed Ryan (PBUH!) is a mighty holy man thinker type (and must be just too noble to remember all those millions of dollars). AND that whole PX90 thing takes WAY longer than they say. Gotta keep that 6% body fat and tight abs-- those are the real qualifications for Ryan's elevation <s>to a heart-beat away from the presidency</s> as a sex symbol (per Sean Hannity).

So you are not? What a flip-flopper you are. For the last 3 years <span style='font-size: 14pt'>you </span>have been questioning the POTUS qualifications! Now it doesn't matter?

If you want to know how to dodge the IRS, Mitts your man.
If you think a$$ kissing,flip-flopping and lying are good attributes for a VP, Ryan's your man.

You make a good point. Obama has spent 3 1/2 years proving he is not qualified to be POTUS.

Particularly those rogue countries with death squads that he is so fond of doing business with!

Romney and Ryan are both liars, with only their own self interest inspiring them. Everything they actually DO, proves it.

Isn't it funny that their hero, Ronald LIAR Reagan's lack of foreign policy experience never bothered any of them when he was running for office?

At least he had enough sense to chose Bush One as his VP, who did have SOME foreign policy experience, but Ryan?

NONE AT ALL! MITT? NONE AT ALL!

Both sides play the hypocrisy card, and it probably doesn't work like either side thinks.

It's the most obvious thing in the world to throw it right back, if possible. Plenty of hypocrisy to go around.

It's mildly amusing and a little effective, but usually only with the partisans on the side playing it. It doesn't much shame the other side into quitting, or convince the non-partisans in the middle who have no dog in the fight.

<span style="color: #990000">LMAO! Your boy Bush wouldn't even agree to meet with the AGency Directors for emergency requests from NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY DIRECTORS, EXPERTS AND SPECIALISTS ON AL QAEDA AND BIN LADEN!

He put them off for eight months! But you voted for him twice!

I voted for this president, and I am very glad that I did so!

He had the right approach, plenty of intelligence, and had his heart in the right place.

ANY Repiglican who fits that description, is being axed by the radical right, which is now the entire Repiglican Party, or they are leaving the party entirely!!

Yet OPresident Obama had the brilliance and autonomy to say it would be a mistake to go into Iraq and launch a war!

One of very few who had the courage to speak his mind regardless of the political blow back by the Repiglican BS propaganda machine about Dems being weak on foreign policy. LMAO! then they attacked this president for killing bin Laden!

To Repiglicans, solving foreign policy efforts without all of the guns, bombs, blood and bravado, not to mention the payoffs for their corrupt war profiteering friends, is being weak on foreign policies!

LMAO!

IDIOTS!

Yes, I knew this president would be careful, cool headed, and absolutely fantastic on foreign policy, and he has been!

AND, apparently the whole world agress with ME!

" bottom dwelling lefties" ? I keep trying to take the high road but you really do come across as a very unpleasant fellow.

Is this what you want? For us to engage in name-calling pissing contests with you?
