When exactly did you shut off your brain during the debate? Was it right before he mentioned PBS, and then someone had to tell you he said that? Or was it right after he mentioned PBS?

He did say he was going to stop making expenditures by borrowing the money from China.
That is untrue. Of course, he is going to continue to make expenditures from money he borrows from China.
And for the very largest of budget items, at that. Just not for tiny ones, apparently.
