Who messed with the archives?

The archives used to go back about two years. When the new board started it was decided by someone that they would go back only to the end of November. Now they go back only to January 20. I'm disgusted. Posts that I thought were available are now gone. Why can't we be notified in advance when things like this are going to be done?

Ken, it looks like when you open the Archives from the Regular Index, you go to a page with the last couple of months listed--the most recently archived stuff.

If you click on the "Archive", from the "Archive Index" page, you will see posts going back to November.
