Well that totally sucks, but it isn't isolated to NY. The problem today is that the patriot act allows a lot of this BS, except for the stop and frisking in our border states. That 90 innocent and 10 percent guilty factoid in the video would be reversed if each state would check non english speaking Mexicans like those are doing in NY already.
Odd. We get sensitive right where the international laws are broken, including tons of drug smuggling using these people as pack mules, yet we coddle. IMO, the system is simply broken everywhere. sid
