Help: CCB Admin

Dear Sir or Maddem,

I have two friends that can't login. One is Socrates. He can login at work but everytime he trys at home, it takes his password them boots him off. The same thing happens to my friend #### Leonard. Is there anyway, you can help them? It may be something simple like a space, I'm not sure.

Thanks Chris. I tried their last suggestion to no avail. I just emailed them again as the ccb admin suggested. Hopefully they will be able to help me figure it out.
