looking to buy a good portable cue lathe. i plan to ONLY do shaft work; tips, ferrules, shaft refinishing & maybe minor joint repair.
started doing my own with hand tools & a drill press and now have more than i can handle timely. please advise if any of you guys or gals know of a good portable/simple cue lathe

I have a Porper Mini Lathe and it does everything I need. It is more substantial IMO then the Cuesmith or Shaftmaster but I think it would take two people to carry it in its box. Also, the Porper Mini is now $1795.
