WE all know sprinters need a truckload of fast twitch fibres, Endurance athletes need high heart and lung capacity etc etc

What attributes does a Pool player need ?

i'd say they include

Good eyesight
Good hand/eye coordination
patience
a great memory
dedication
mental strength

MM, I'm a slow twitch kind of guy. Those fast twitches can be disaster! Yep I think this could bring Pat out of the deep. He's a fast twitcher. LOL
