One-Pocket Information

I'm interested in promoting a One-Pocket event, but this is one discipline that I don't have experience in promoting. I'm trying to determine the average length of a race to 3 and race to 4.

If anyone has experience in running One-Pocket events, please let me know your thoughts. I'm trying to determine what my field limitations should be based on my venue and tournament duration.

I appreciate your offer with helping me out. I'm in the New England area.

One-pocket, unlike other disciplines, is very difficult to put an average on. I know that you have a lot of experience in promoting Pro One-pocket events and you are probably the Subject Matter expert in the area. If you would give me your opinion to an average length of a match, race to 3 and 4, I would greatly appreciate it.

Pool Fan.. I live in the Albany Ny area and we have a 1 pocket tournament every month... Race to 3,,,double elimination.. Entry fee is $60.00 per player.. We usually get 8 to 10 local players.. They sem to like that format....mike
