I am not aware of any websites - However sources for grip and bridges in print or media.

My favorite of the rear hand grip is in Hal Mix's book.

Bridges are covered quite well in the BCA tape "How to Play Pool Right.

With regard to stance and alignment. Stance and alignment has been a challenge personally as a player and also as an instructor. Recently I blended some concepts from Billiard instruction, golf instruction and the martial arts into a system to teach stance and alingment. I call it:

Natural Pool - A weather vane approach to finding your natural stance and alignment.

An explanation is to lengthy for this forum but I am having sucess with this approach as a player and with students.

Hope the above helps with regard to grip and bridges.

Randy:

I have the Natural Golf Books and Tape. I have not taken individual golf lessons at a natural golf school.

For my golf game I incorporated some of their concepts into my approach to the set up and swing. In golf I truly believe that set up, alignment and posture are 80% of the ability to deliver the club accurately through the ball down the target line.

I am starting to come to the same conclusion for the pool stroke.

Would be curious of yours and others opinions on this.
