Books or videos for free?

I´m really looking for some videos or books to learn advanced techniques.
Somebody knows where to find something like this to download for free?

Would be nice to know.

Perhaps I'm being, like, really really obvious here, but how about your local library? They should have many books, and the larger ones will have several videos.
