2. Your arm should now be shaped like an "L"

3. Proceed to bring your forearm towards you.

And I'd like to add, the best steak house in NJ, Arthur's Steak Tavern. Yummy! 24oz Steak with roasted potatoes accompanied by a liter of Bass Ale or Guiness (the nectar of the Gods as we know it) all for about $16! Here's a pic:
