Hi Heide,

Well, you are kind of low maintenance in a good way. Never wanting for yourself. Never expecting and always giving. A picky eater but still low maintenance. Now Christ, that boy is High Maintenance all the way. That kid thinks were made of money, don't he? Oh, but I love him so....I just wished he'd get up off that wallet of his. He's loaded.

I thought mine was partly due to everything pruned up nice and neat. That plus my fav choice of a dream home was a cottage in the country. It was either that or a house in the redwood forrest.
