I read this proverb a while back and today thought about it's relevance to pool. I look back several years to where I played against various players, me aspiring to catch them and win consistently, and in the end of things they too were getting better at the same time as I. So you see, the end is seemingly always being moved, but I imagine that is how some of those behind me feel too...sid
