Here is a link to the web site I designed for our pool league.
Any comments or suggestions?
dave, i like it. it's clean and gets the information across without the reader having to slog thru a bunch of stuff that is only there for the webmaster to show off.
my only suggestion would be to move the whole thing about 1000 miles south.

Great site Dave. That is one of cleanest, to the point, no bells and whistles, easy to understand, easy to navigate sites I have seen. You may have found your calling. Super job and I hope not a thankless one.....

Nice site Dave. Very informative for people in your league.
A little more variety in color would be nice, but what do I know. /ccboard/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I like it! The only thing is that your logo looks a little bit like that one of the UPA's:
Other than that, it's a user friendly site and I like it!
You're not in the top 5 Dave?
Kato~~~likes the site but would like Dave to win more games.
Cool, But i notice there were no picture of me in the Image Gallery! /ccboard/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I really like it. Like Dan said, it is clean. I also like the fact that it is artistically done.
I have been wondering how you have been doing. Good to see you are still posting.

With the exception of the Billiard Links page, I tried to make something that would look decent and load quickly. Glad you think I hit the pocket.

None of the comments are in from the league members yet. Hopefully, this will meet their needs. It has been fun so far.

Yep, it is kind of monochromatic, but isn't the only decent billiard color green ?

I would like to win more too. I tell myself that I started playing too soon after my last colon cancer op, but that's just an excuse. This is a tough league!
The 2002 BCA Canadian 8-Ball Champion is 3rd of the top 5 players.
Back in Santa Clarita, CA I was always in the top five in a much larger league. Matches are more fun here though.

I've been enjoying retirement. I've also been working on a special project, in addition to the web site, so I've been kept busy.

Hey Big Guy!!!
You do a great site!! I think I'm gonna have to do one myself in the future for NEWT, we'll see.
Ummmmm... It needs more colors. JAT. The green is nice for the pictoral work, but I would suggest black for the text on the website. And was it you that did the charts for downloading on Ed Mercier's site at playpool.com? If it was, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! I really appreciated those charts - very nicely drawn. If it wasn't and Ed's reading this, I still appreciate those charts!!
And say Hi to the wife for me and Pete!!
Barbara~~~just got home from work and watching "Bullitt"... /ccboard/images/graemlins/cool.gif

You have a very good point there, Dave. I defer to the site designer. /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif
