View Full Version : Good Price on a New GC IV ??
My local Brunswick dealer is willing to let me have a new GC IV (floor model) for $5500. Can anyone tell me if this is a good deal or not? Also, he's offering a Centurion for around $3K which is more in my price range. Anyone know if this is a decent table, how it compares to a GC, etc.?? Any feedback would be great.

Not sure regarding your price ranges, but I can vouch for the Centurian. There is a small ph near me that purchased two 9' Centurians, and they play really well. They have Simonis_760 for cloth and the table plays good. I cant say anything regarding the durability, cause the room is less than a year old. But for my money, I would go with the Centurian unless I found a really good "used" GC3 or 4.
Thanks for the feedback. I also like the way this table plays and looks. I'm curious as to why no one ever comments about this table, just the GC model.

Hi. I just wanted to add that Centurion rocks. In my local poolhall there are like 10 Centurions and they all play really well. Id never consider between a Centurion or a Gold Crown cuz the difference is not worth the extra 1500 $. Ur discission ofcourse.
