I know you asked about it before but I gotta say stick with the Q-Wiz. There is no better shaft cleaning system I know of and I have tried em all almost. It is not really abrasive and if it does take any wood off the amount is negligable. Take the Q-Wiz and attempt to "sand" the flat part of a fingernail with it, you will see that the Q-wiz is not really abrasive. At the same time by using the particle side for afew seconds and then burnishing with the smooth leather side you get the smoothest shaft you can get.

They do a good job, but first you need to clean your shaft off a mild soap is ok then dry the shaft off use your burnisher then your good to go.Alpha /ccboard/images/graemlins/cool.gif
