Sounds interesting. How do you get to it?

First you have to have an acct with Yahoo, which is no biggie. Just sign up here:

Hi Cyco:
My 12 year old son introduced me to it.

Whether it was my slow computer, poor dial-up server, or Yahoo; I don't know.

We both found it frustrating.

Untimed games occasionally mean your opponent will leave the computer for an unannounced snack or bathroom break.... leaving you waiting. And waiting.

Timed games (where a time foul gives them ball-in-hand) often inexplicably gave BIH.... AFTER we made legal shots within the time allowed!

Maybe others have had better experiences. We didn't.

I just started playing. I'm doing pretty good with it too. I just wish there was a better break. All the balls get clumped off the break and an 8-ball game turns into a marathon.

Plenty of breaks work well, just find the yahoo glitches. The problem is that as a pool player if you try the break shots you do in real life, it wont do anything at all the the yahoo rack. The only way to break in yahoo is to let whitey off the string and let it loose.

Used to, but I like the Skilliards.com (http://www.skilliards.com) setup better. (I think 9BG or nAz brought it up on the NPR board first. . . .
