why is troy called the "boy toy"? most nicknames have to do with pool. does this one?

I'm often ignorant, but I can't see that the name would have anything to do with pool...

The most probable reason behind the Boy Toy nickname is rhyme; unless he's the "Boy Toy" of Madonna....

It has to do with pool as much as:

Handsome Danny
Monster John
Pretty Boy Floyd

It's the looks. Troy is a young, good looking kid.

Fred &lt;~~~ thinks it should be "girl toy"?
