I BOUGHT A JOSS AT VF THIS PAST WEEKEND, AND THE SHAFT HAS A PLASTIC IMPLEX JOINT. DOES ANYBODY OWN ONE ? ANY INFO ON THIS JOINT? I COULDN'T RESIST THIS CUE, IT HITS SOLID, I JUST HOPE I MADE A GOOD DECISION----MIKEY

If the cue fails to win tournaments, it's not the Implex joint. If the joint itself breaks, I'd guess you were doing something else other than what a pool stick is intended.

In a blind taste test, it'd be tough to tell whether you had SS, phenolic, or Implex for a joint.

Mikey,

I've hit with a Klein with that joint pin and the hit was sublime. ONe of the nicest hitting cues I've ever hit with. I would love to find the right cue with that joint.

HEY, THANKS FOR THE REPLY FRED, JUST GOT A REPLY FROM DAN JAMES, AND THATS PRETTY MUCH WHAT HE TOLD ME, VERY DURABLE AND WILL LAST THE LIFETIME OF MY CUE, IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT OF A LOAD OFF MY MIND----MIKEY
