getting pics on your site

I have a pic that i would like to go on the bottom of my posts. How do I do this?

It needs to be uploaded to a web site then you link it to your signature file or tag line.

Like this http://Laura has a picture

Like Rod said. Just make sure the link doesn't go over the maximum limit of characters.
