Joss tourney in Portland. ME

Anyone have info on Spot Shot Billiards in Potland? Is it a good place to watch a tourney? Smokey? Good food? Nice tables?
I'm thinking of driving up from Manchester.NH for the Joss event this weekend.

I think Spot Shot is non-smoking but I'm not sure. I know one of the Maine events was and I think TJ's is new so it would have been Spot Shot. You could call them at (207) 773-3466.
