your on a 5 man team but only have 4 people lined up. you get 3 other people together who will fill in at various times for the 5th person. okay, fine.

another team calls you and wants YOU on their team because they are short a person.

now your team has 3 other people they can use while the other team does not. but your loyalty lies with your team.

i stuck with my team. i committed to that team, i stay with that team. what would you do?

I'd have done the same but if I knew the 3 "fillins" for the 5th man, i'd have asked if any of them wanted to be a perma. member on this other team. As long as that other team was cool with taking one of them over you.
