During college regionals there is always a lot of small gambling going one. A few of us two years got one a skill shot, best of 10, for $5/man, sudden death for a tie. Here are a few of the shots we did. Are there any more that you have done in the past? I guess any shot could be used for this, but several shots are sort of the "normal" ones.
Cut 8 down rail from opposite spot:

)END

The ever popular spot shot:

)END

Saw this guy the other day at the pool hall with an unbelieveable stroke make this shot a couple times
Super draw with tons of running english:

Amazes the poop out of me...that shot.

Here's an old skill shot that's been around a long time. I use to use it for fine tuning my speed control.Object is to pocket all balls in numerical order into the same pocket.
On the short rail position the 1,3,5,on the rail and positioned by the diamonds.Do the same for the 2,4,6.
Now position the cue somewhere between the 1&3 but off the rail and alternate back and forth shooting all the balls in the same pocket.Pete Margo showed me this shot for practice many years ago and he performed it on ABC wide world of sports years ago. Enjoy Bob

I use to shoot your first shot a lot. Sometimes we would have a small bet on how many times in a row. The exception is we alternated pockets.

The last shot is a fun one, it helps if the table has newer cloth and fairly quick rails. I have a different route. I don't remember ever seeing it made by your diagram though. The c/b bends after the first rail, that creates the long angle needed to go around the table. It appears by your drawing the c/b will go to long. Fun shot anyway.

Here is two more that seems near impossible, but it's not with a little practice.

This last one the 5 is only there as a set up guide at the edge of the pocket.

Yeah I have tried the first one you showed. I didn't try to show the actual path of the ball in my third shot, just that he was drawing it with running english past the side pocket at that angle and having it travel all that distance

Here another one I was thinking about that we used to try a little bit. The 6 ball represents the closest I ever got.

Todd, I learned that shot in the 60's by accident, trying to draw the ball back across the table 1 rail. I didn't expect what really happened. After that I invented my own trick shot. The object is to play shape on the eight.

)END

Since then I have Winning one pocket which shows Jimmy Moore shooting it this way. The five is not in the way. Mike Massey does an excellent job on this shot.

I haven't tried it in several years, but I think I will try it this weekend again. Maybe my stroke has got better over the years.

Well there is a little trick to it. It needs to be a fairly smooth stroke with force. Setup is another factor. Hitting it real hard and making the c/b bounce will kill the shot. Think smooth "through" the shot, not hit at.

If you can get that close normally, you need to put a coat of turtle wax on the cue ball and try it. You'll probably hit it good enough to follow the 9 in. The wax delays the draw action until the cueball comes off of the side rail. It's like playing on a brand new table. Let me know if this helps.

Here's one that isn't too hard. Pretty nice effect though. It takes a bit to learn where to put the 5 on the point. I think the one needs to hit the short rail right before the 5.

And the variation that I haven't quite made yet.

A variation of UW's circle draw. For those like me who need new cloth,Turtle wax on the cueball helps.
