OLD PALMER CUE REPAIR?

HI I HAVE AN OLD 1960s PALMER THAT NEEDS A REWRAP AND JOINT REPAIR! DOES ANYONE KNOW THE RIGHT PERSON TO DO THIS, SO I DO NOT HURT THE VALUE OF THE CUE? ALSO SOMEONE WHO CAN APPRAISE AND AUTHENTICATE THE CUE. THANKS A BUNCH FOR THE HELP

Without a doubt, one of the best people to repair vintage Palmers is Jim Buss. I've seen Palmers that you would write off, that when he is done with them they look like new.
