See the 3 horizontal streets? I live on the top street, north side, about 6 houses from the start of the street at the left. As you can see I have no neighbors in the back. Cool.

They have all of the trees area in the bottom right of the screen and the open space is our back yard that had to be push mowed back in the day every week...thank god for riding lawn mowers
