I just followed Fred over here from RSB. That was in 1997 or so.

I can't remember for sure but I think I landed here from surfing the AZ Billiards site.... /ccboard/images/graemlins/confused.gif
After getting back into the game last year from a 10+ year hiatus, I wanted to start reading BD again. When I went to their website to subscribe, I noticed the link to the forums. I lurked for a while before joining and posting.

After lurking on RSB for years I left when I got tired of all the Thomas Wayne flaming and wandered over here to lurk. I like Pool more then personality bashing.

I dunno...I lurked for 2 years before I ever posted. I was a big-time poster on Blues Messege Boards and got tired of the dribble...only to be caught in the dribble of a different nature, HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!
I found the place while perusing the net looking for pool related stuff. I decided to check out the cost of ordering the BD mag and noticed the forums. I have been here since around 98-99.
I have absolutely no idea. Phil from SoFla may have told me about it. Probably been around now for 3 years or so.
Kato~~~handle wasn't always Kato, used to be R.J. until Voodoo came along and penned me.

Whitewolf got me to register may a year ago. Everything was over my head. Sometimes it still is,especially when Fred is talking. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I went to a link on billiard discussions on playpool.com. I checked them all out and found BD to be the most informative, most active, most friendly, most helpful, and lest vulgar. http://www.playpool.com/links.php?op=viewlink&cid=2

I tripped over the Events & TV Calender button on the BD home page and landed in the Discussion Forum, where I got stuck and was unable to extricate myself! /ccboard/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Really long story, but to make it short, while doing some investigating, I found it in our browser's favorite pages. Been a favorite ever since.

I decided to type BilliardsDigest.com one day in 2000 to see if their site was as good as the mag. That was back in 2000 when I lurked, and then I finally registered in June of 2002.

It came to me in a dream.
Just kidding, I think I was searching for pool stuff--probably w/ "Webcrawler" (pre-Google days). Anyway, I believe it was in 1997.

I found my way to the site via Rackmup, he was always talking about it and back then was a very frequent poster, so here I am too stay because now I have developed this fantasy about 9ballgirl. It involves a sunny morning, surf/sand but enough about that /ccboard/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /ccboard/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /ccboard/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I stumbled across it on my own, while searching the web for pool and billiards information. I found quite a few sites, but judged this to be the best. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Reading a Billiards Digest. I typed in www.billiardsdigest.com (http://www.billiardsdigest.com) and found the board. Early 1998.
