Thanks for this ,Highsea .A travesty of justice has been put right .I hope the bent cop gets what he deserves. I thought it funny when the other judge wanted a retrial .I can see it now . The only witness for the prosecution is brought in handcuffed . /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Although this is a step in the right direction , there are many other cases just like this.

Only in the south do people believe that all cops tell the truth .Can anybody explain this phenomenon ?

It has also been proven that witness identification is the most unreliable form of evidence yet everyday people go to prison on no more somebody,s 'word'.
The fact is that you cant/shouldnt believe somebody just because they are a cop or a POLITICIAN ! /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif
