I've heard of rating systems of letter grades (A+ thru D-) to rate a player based on Fargo, 14.1 high runs, 9 ball against the ghost. What is your best estimate on a letter grade basis of a player based on a 3 cushion points per inning average?

Don't they already rate 3C players by their points per inning average?

I should have been more clear. I am trying to estimate what points per inning average would correspond to an A, B, C, or D player. For example a 1.0 may be an A+, .5 may be a B, etc.
