i'm looking for somebody out there who can put a good seemless burgundy/red leather wrap on my meucci. its an hp2, and i know, its not a very expensive stick to put a leather wrap on, but hey, i want one! lol its got meuccie regular finish over the linen right now if that makes a difference, and i would like it to be high grade leather, nothing cheap

i might also consider have a couple of ferrules put on it for me, i'll already have the ferrules themselve, i'll just need them installed.

thanks

You should try Mike Webb of Webb Custom Cues in RI. He does excellent work especially with leather wraps. He has all kinds of wraps. Give him a call, you won't be sorry.

Snook, why don't you throw your business the way of Ted Harris? He supports this forum and does great work.

You can PM him directly through this site to find out more.

The best leather wraps hands down are done by Ernie, but it's almost insulting to send him a Meucci, I'd say go with Mike Webb, there isn't anyone in your area so you might as well mail it to RI. JB

I'm a fan of leather...I know Dennis Searing is the master of the seemless leather on the S/E U.S.. Ernie dominates the whole west coast, cant go wrong with either of these guys...

Still looks great after a couple years and a helluva lot of play time.

Thanks for the plug Steve, but I am not taking any repairs from new customers for leather wraps right now. I am just too busy making cues for orders.
I would suggest;
Mike Webb (http://www.webbcues.com) of Webb Custom Cues,
Mike Capone (http://www.caponecues.com) of Capone Custom Cues,
or Rick Howard (http://www.macecues.com) of Mace Cues.
On another note, I will be at the Master Billiards Big Apple Challenge on Thursday through Sunday performing cue repair in Mike Webb's place, as he can not make it. However, I will take complex repairs, leather wraps, and any other repairs that I will not do at the show and ship them to Mike Webb for anyone that requires his services.
