In July's matchup, Kato blistered RackMup! on each of four straight nights to take the early lead in this mammoth display of pool-playing prowess spread out over a five-month period. The format is a best-of-five (months) playing races of 8 and 9-ball with 1-pocket as a tie-breaker.

With this early lead, Kato hopes to put unprecedented pressure on RackMup! with an August victory, leaving him with no choice but to run off three straight monthly victories.

VooDoo Daddy will be the special guest at this months challenge, bolstering the Florida contingent and certainly putting extra pressure on RackMup! to perform at his best. To add fuel to the fire, former Texas resident and Rackmup! rival, Ed "Eg8r" Newman has been invited to join in this "Phight of the Phenolics" but as of this press release had not confirmed his intentions.

This is amazing, you guys are becoming famous and I believe that BD is also sending a camera crew to report on this newly acclaimed pool event. I have witnessed the dedication Rackmup is bringing to this upcoming match, many hours of practice and increased focus on his league play so with this in mind I have also gone to the betting site and placed a small wager (100 large) on the underdog Rackmup.

You guys are twisted. First of all I will not root for either of you but I will woof like crazy AT you both. We will enjoy some cow...get stuffed and then go to the PH where only god knows who will come out ahead. A good time will be had by all.

Yeah, like I want you rooting for me? Please, this is the most important matchup. Think about it. Rackemup has already declared victory for September with me being at the Open and since I'm only up 1-0 if he wins this month he'll be ahead 2-1 with only 2 matches to go. I've got to be strong and on my game. Desperately needing the psychological advantage of being up 2-0 then 2-1 with only 2 to go. That would force Rackemup into a position where he would have to totally dominate me for 2 consecutive months. He would have to actually beat me which may be funnier than any post he's ever written. My plan? Simple. Same as always. Establish my dominance in pool games that I like (9-ball), sort of like (8-ball), to avoid the game that I hate (1 pocket) and declare victory!!!!!!!!!!
