Its not that difficult. If you are running IE 5.0 or higher you can just rick click (your mouse button) and it will give you a pop-up screen with lots of info.. just click on the properties. This will give you the URL (address of the pic) take the cursor and drag it accross all of the URL, and then rite click on copy..

type
then paste the URL you just copied here, then

if you did everything correctly.. when you select the continue button, the image will show up in the next window of creating messages.. if it is ok.. just hit continue again.. and walla.. you're done.. try it..
