Greetings:

I have an apartment to rent and I'd like to advertise it on the web. There are several places I could do this including Yahoo and several specialized real estate websites. They all require payment, so I'd like to select only one; but I don't know which one would be the most effective: i.e. get read by the most people.

I was wondering. If you were looking for an apartment, is there any particular website you would look
at first?

Thanks in advance for any comments.

I just found my apartment that I will sign the lease tomorrow on Forrent.com

It is a super easy site with 360 degree demos/pics/floorplans. Was very cool. But then I still had to go look at the places. Online half of them are palaces...in real life $#!+holes.

But then again as 9BG said...apartments.com and apartmentguide.com are good also.

Do you really want to rent to somebody that spends all day looking at a computer? Those kind of people can not be trusted. /ccboard/images/graemlins/blush.gif /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif
