Tell which you guys think is a better choice as far as quality and playability: a predator cue or a lucasi cue with a predator shaft? I know that you are probably thinking "what the hell kind of post is this?????" but I would really like to know other peoples opinions on subjects that I encounter while sitting at work. The specific cues that I am thinking about are the Predator SPJLW and the Lucasi LE-4 with a 314 shaft. I know that many people have their own biases about the 314 shafts but just forget about them and give me your choice between the two cues. Either the Predator SPJLW or the Lucasi LE-4 w/ the 314 shaft and why you chose that specific cue.
I do appreciate your help. I thoroughly enjoy the diversity that these forums provide me because I dont know very many people that know anything about pool in my area other than the people at the poolhall and they arent exactly the friendliest people. These forums always have very informative posts and I never fail to get a good answer! So thanks to all who reply

What area do you live in? I have not had a problem meeting friendly pool players around where I live. /ccboard/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Either way you'd be playing with a 314 shaft. I guess the difference after that would be the joint, wrap, weight, design. Try it both ways, which ever you like better is the way you should play it (if you can get your hands on that set up).

Do you really care what anybody else's opinion is? Should you? You're still going to do what you want anyway. Especially if you are spending that kind of money. Be a man and make up your own mind.

But you probably can't get a 314 anyway because of the backlog. And then why buy one when there is a new improved model on the way.

Keep in mind that Johnny Archer plays with a $200 cue.

a Predator will always have a better resale than a Lucasi....
