If it is in the same ball park. Do not have to be gym but a simular alternative.
Don't put pool as exercise.
If eating donuts is considered excersing then I am buff beyond my wildest dreams. I also roll over frequently while dreaming about pool at night. Don't let this get out to that many people but I've been known to carry my laundry basket all the way to the garage and also lift that iron thingy (technical term).
