US $91.00 Ouch! is it autograph. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif
BTW does anyone know the original price of the book? and why there are no reprints of it if its such a good book?

nAz, this book will go for a lot more than $91. More like 200-300, I expect. I guess it goes for that much because first, it is very hard to find, second it is an excellent book (I'm told, never having seen it), and third, there is not much (any?) real competition. Name one excellent one-pocket book...

BTW, I have the follow up book, and it is very impressive, both in terms of the content and the detailed table layouts it covers. I just wish I could det the first book (hint, hint, S_T_T...), since the second book is written for fairly advanced one-pocket players, which doesn't include me-- yet!

Oh yeah... By the way. The copy on Ebay is not mine, just informing everyone.. But I DO have a copy. And wanting to sell it. For the right price..

well i like to get my hands on any OP book, bet it would help my game tremendously.

BTW what's the 2nd books name "upscale one pocket"?

As usual a crappy picture. It appears to be fairly used. I'm still going to sell mine but it is in very good condition or better. I just went through mine and took a mental picture of the whole book so I don't need it any longer! /ccboard/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I emailed that Ebay user and told him to put a better picture out there. Dunno if he will do it tho.

Nope. Eddie Robin's second book is "Shots, Moves, and Strategies"

09-23-2003, 09:03 PM
No it's called, shots moves and strategies. I have that one too, I believe Fels signed that one. It's going up for sale too. Maybe I'll put up both and find a high roller to buy both of them. LOL

why not donate it to nAz? I'll even cover the shipping cost. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif

wierd if the book is so good they should reprint it. id buy it.

Both books originally cost me $78 and that included shipping. It's been a while but I'd imagine $150 or so for each book will cover shipping. /ccboard/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

If you look at his past feedback's around 1600 he sells mostly books. Everything he has on there now is around $2.99. I don't think he is at all a pool player. He started the one pocket book at $24.95, I guess based on the cover price. I am sure he had no idea it's value and can't believe the bidding. He probably got it a a garage sale or something. I bought sometime back a collection of pool books at a church sale. All the Byrnes books, Mosconi books, George Fells books, Two rare ones by Crane and one by Lassiter, plus others, 24 books in all for $10.00. I sold them all on ebay separately and must have gotten around $300.00 total for them.
